This is a 10 Day Challenge where you are committing to:

  • 10k+ steps a day

  • 30 mins+ movement a day

  • 5 mins+ breathwork a day

  • No processed food

  • Journaling everyday


There are 2x 30 minute zoom calls for you to attend:
